This is a little misleading. The increases will be on the youngest men and women, which is not really news as it has been known that the young will subsidize the program for the old. They released the rates for 36 states, the rates have dropped for families in all of those states. I think a family in Houston making less than $50k would have rates of $26 per month.
Obviously, not everyone in your generation voted that way. I think that's pretty clear. However, your generation is the ONLY generation in which the majority voted for Obama and by extension Obama-care in 2012. Every other age group voted in favor of Obama-lite (Romney).
