Technology like this should be required for all vehicles and/or phones. Thousands of lives would be saved. Anyone who uses a phone when behind the wheel is a complete moron. Since you can't fix stupid, we have to develop new technology to help combat it.

I agree that we can't fix stupid, bummer. However, the most powerful 535 or so are in DC, we could wrap a fence around it and keep them there.
