How do you put sheets on that?

Darn good question, looks like you don't. Unless you use a flat sheet and tuck it into the slots. That would keep it clean, I think.
57, I was just thinking this same question. I guess you would tuck in the sheet on the lowest slat. You may have to use 2 sheets, divided in the most common slot.
