Is that a fireplace? Sick!
Yeah. He built it on the remaining base of an old place. Kept the fireplace.
Beautiful minimalism, but being a married old guy I'd love to see a design fall somewhere between this and the ostentatious 1200 sq. ft. two story townhouse I current reside in.
I'd love to have this as my getaway at the bottom of our garden :-)
