Will have to check it out. I'm still on the faith side but it's hard to have faith in all the details. I have zero doubt that this world whether it's in spirit or consciousness is a hell of a lot more magical than any brilliant scientist I've heard try to disprove the unexplainable. I do find atheist who've come from a religious background to be very interesting and worth listening too. There's another author, I think more agnostic than atheist, who has a bunch of books out about what's right and wrong (translation stuff, stuff added later, forgeries) with the bible, and I think this information needs to be out there. So far it's not shaken my imperfect faith but I've had an experience that that's told me anything is possible. I don't know though if it was based on the power of the mind or something we would call supernatural, but it went against what any skeptic I've heard would call possible. I ramble.
I was worried I might get flamed for this, so I am glad to hear someone approaching this reasonably as I truly believe one needs to be open and not hostile to things that might challenge their beliefs. Thank you good sir!
Some lyrics from the song Ramon by Laurie Anderson: "I saw a man who'd fallen He was lying on his back in the snow. Some people walk on water Some people walk on broken glass Some just walk round and round in their dreams Some just keep falling down. So when you see a man who's broken Pick him up and carry him And when you see a woman who's broken Put her all into your arms Cause we don't know where we come from We don't know what we are." Haha, can't believe I've referenced Laurie Anderson twice on Gentlemint now ;-)
