Only a self loathing Liberal would think America isn't the greatest nation on Earth. I may not actually be the "greatest", but how about a little pride in your country, eh? It's that self loathing, America-bashing attitude that has people wanting us to be more like Europe. Where has that taken us? They want us to be like 'PIGS' (Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain, just in FYI). I fear that the glory days of our country was in the 40s-80s. You know, when Americans actually still took pride in being an American.
It is important, however, to note the tail-end of the speech where he remarks that America USED to be the greatest country; it's not just America hating BS. Though I would've like to have heard more "and this is how we can fix it" attitude
