I actually hate the smell of bowling alleys. probably because bowling alleys are no long the temple of manliness described here, I question whether they ever were, but are now just flat out gross smelling and expensive. The rest of the list is very good though.

I agree with most of these as well. However, I would also add the smell of a quality cut of beef hitting a very hot grill.
