Pin it! Why permeable hardscape?
(I grew up in Chattanooga, which currently at an official water war with Atlanta. Atlanta's water system has been problematic for decades due to their urban sprawl; they're hydrologists have come up with the same solutions to no avail. The city still hasn't taken them up on the offer nor have they rescinded their contract to let soda companies bottle and sell their local municipal water.. so they want ours. If you live in an area with water issues, take this advice into account.
