Next on my reading list. We've gotten rid of our cable subscription but honestly it just makes all the other "noise" so much louder.... We start to see how crazy and conflict (and competitive) everyone is... Its exhausting but I feel much more content and calmer.

Meh. Agreed and we normally don't. But that came on after learning about the negative affects of TV watching which aren't really publicized.
