So it is 24 but only getting 12 episodes? Fox really doesn't get the concept. Or they've gotten so good a cancelling good shows prematurely (Firefly and Terminator:Sarah Connor) that they decided to cancel this before they even filmed it. That's either crazy or brilliant.
