I have a Mk1 and I love it. I use it a lot. But, I am limited, as far as digital photography goes to the features the Mk1 has. The Mk3 is a leap and bound above the Mk1 in technology and capabilities.
Truth be told, I would hang on to my mk1 if it meant getting better lenses first.
