On a sidenote: I started reevaluating my health after reading "Blue Zones". Which was cheap book I bought on iTunes published by NatGeo. Blue Zones are areas where there's a significantly higher concentration of centenarians in an area than others. My old stomping ground of Sardinia has one. Super interesting to learn their health habits and see the characteristics of daily living that contribute to a longer and healthier life.... (coincidently: THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF AMERICAN LIVING). Super easy to read and relatively cheap when the result is gears turning towards improving your lifestyle.
