This is the espresso machine that I use at home. It retails $399 but I got it for a steal on craigslist ($40!). The people must not have known what they had, and neither did I at the time. I was just getting into home espresso. This machine has a lot of steam power for milk frothing given how small it is. It also has a commercial size portafilter (58mm). This has been a little work horse at home and pulls really good, consistent shots. I recommend it for the starting home barista. One thing you need to change right away that doesn't cost anything is to pull the outer part of the panarello wand off the steam wand. That way, you can use the steam wand like a regular machine, which makes better microfoam. The panarello wand is total garbage and I don't know why so many people think it is great.
