You are barking up the wrong tree. I can tell you that your problem more likely lies with either Customs or possibly Homeland Security. Customs will randomly pick out parcels and hold them until they get a chance to inspect them and this can take quite a long time. I would also wager that since the failed shoe bomber Security takes quite the interest in shoes in the mail (no doubt marked quite clearly on your Customs form), the same way they obsess about airline passengers' shoes.

Don't think for one minute this only happens in the USA. I owned a business that sold a lot of product in Deutschland and we went through the same crap, even before 9/11. This would be a good time to give up martyrdom and climb down off your cross, you are NOT being singled out.

However, it would seem from your company description that you actively discriminate against the religious. Odd, that. I just love one-way MF's.
