SPECIAL! Our assortment of wine chocolates includes chocolates that we make for some of the finest wineries in the Santa Cruz Mountains Appellation in California. They include 2003 Merlot from Burrell School, 1997 Blanc de Blanc Champagne from Equinox, a 2006 "Super Tuscan" from Bartolo and a 2005 Pinot Noir from Santa Cruz Mountain Vineyard. The centers in these chocolates are made with only Belgian dark chocolate, wine and a small amount of butter. The centers are hand-dipped in dark chocolate and the winery's logo is applied using a natural food color. We are the wine chocolate experts--we make chocolates for over 65 different wineries.
