Slick little holster. If anybody has one, I would love to hear your thoughts.

This little guy will most definitely work for many people. However, in the hot weather we have most of the year around here I noticed some sweat on my piece. This should not be a problem now that I am FrogLubing the metal parts but do take a look again at the picture and be aware that the gun is right against your skin, or underwear. This could be cured just by my getting back into the habit of wearing my t-shirts tucked in, something I'm already trying to do. The gun is securely attached to the holster but be sure you have the thing completely de-horned, you don't want a big scratch on your side. Could be distracting at a bad time.

If you want I could mail you mine, assuming you have a mini-9mm.

I've got one of these for my XDS-45 and it is by far the most comfortable holster I own. I have another one on order for my Glock 26. Just tuck wear an undershirt and you'll have no problems with it rubbing on your skin. Can't recommend Versacarry enough!

I have one for my Taurus .709 slim. It's simply the best and most comfortable holster I have. My only complaint is that it's difficult to re-holster my weapon when carrying it inside my waistband. I'm looking for a good cydex holster but not many out there for a .709 Taurus slim. If anyone knows of one please let me know.

@DumDog - I have heard that the holster needs to be removed from the waistband to get the gun back in. Kind of a hassle but might be worth it for the comfort. Thanks for the input and good luck on your cydex search.

@danIELBCLARK - Looking forward to hear your thoughts. I found a local store that carries them and plan to go up this week and see if they have one for my Ruger LC9 and/or Bersa .380.

Yes, there's no way around removing the holster to re-holster. Seems to me Versacarry even specifies this. Ignoring this rule could be hazardous to your health.

It's unfortunate that my hot weather got me in the habit of wearing my oversized T-shirts untucked to cover my Fobus holsters a little (I say "habit" but it won't be something I can do until I escape form California). Wearing a tucked in T-shirt with another shirt over it? No matter how lightweight, yikes! And if you live near Phoenix? I don't know what to suggest.

@Razorback, thanks for the feedback. While I would love a cydex the Versacarry really is comfortable. It's the best conceal carry system I've found so far.
