Pin it! I told a guy that I wouldn’t buy his van unless it could pass inspection. He said it would. I paid him $500 and he sent me and the van to his mechanic buddy. The mechanic buddy gave me an inspection sticker said “don’t tell anybody where you got this.” Here's a photograph of that clandestine exchange.
