    Have! But in .357. Never understood the complaining by Cowboy shooters that this could not be used in competition. Sure, a '73 is faster but I got mine cheap, smoothed the friction points a little and it worked fine as my son's first SASS rifle. One tip: if you are firing in a hurry for any reason round the end of the trigger. That baby will stab right through your forefinger if you get it caught in the lever.

    WOW. Thank you for sharing a wonderful picture ! Wish I had a pile of Winchesters to make a crate home for too. Ever since I was invited to shoot a an old Model 92 in .38-40, I've wanted to collect them.
