The first commenter offers a good number of caveats, the most important of which: this is a draft of a document. It has no legal weight, yet. Though I commend the leaker. They should fear for their job and nonincarceration though.
As a person who voted for Obama twice: I have hated his drone policy and his expansion of executive power in the war on terror. Although I was never a fan of that "war" in the first place, and generally consider it a series of injustices which happened to kill some bad people.
