I made this last night for lunch today with a couple of alterations. If it tastes as good as it smells, I'll love it.

Ok, it was pretty delicious. I put it in a bowl with egg noodles to make it last longer. I added brown sugar about 30 minutes before it was done and browned the meat and onions in butter instead of oil. Definitely try this sometime and feel free to play with the recipe a little as you would with a pot roast.
