The Evolution of American Whiskey
Leviathan I is one of the three most heavily peated whiskeys in the world. The intense smoke is balanced by maturation in casks that previously held an exotic botrytised cabernet sauvignon. The result is a slightly sweet, powerful, and densely smokey whiskey.
