I'll have to try this before I 'like' this post. But this will most likely resort in me liking anyway because it made me cook and eat bacon. In summation... I like this post.
Hy Kyle, I use this technique all the time - I don't post any food recipe on here that I've never tried. Having said that, I can offer a couple of tips/tweaks to this recipe. Temp - maybe my oven runs hot but I dial mine down to 400. Foil - I like the grilling foil that Reynolds makes since it's wide and thick and less likely to get holes poked through it when using tongs. It is absolutely necessary to turn the bacon as mentioned in step 5 to insure that it cooks evenly since most ovens are far hotter towards the back. If you want your bacon to be absolutely flat, cover it with another sheet pan while it cooks sandwiching the bacon between the two. Time - I have found cooking time to be off slightly so I just cook it until it stiffens slightly when picked up with tongs. If it's floppy, it needs more time. Good luck and enjoy your bacon!
