I watched Dr. No over the weekend and I was surprised at the exchange in the film when he trades in his Beretta for the Walther PPK. Interesting!

Why do the British call semi-automatic pistols revolvers? I've never understood this.
PJB:I don't think he was calling a semi a "revolver". He was suggesting a .38 Special as Bond's arm-of-choice.
