We’ve featured the previous version of Uuni’s wood fired pizza oven a while back, and since then Uuni has come out with another version: the Uuni 3 portable pellet pizza oven.

Like the other versions the Uuni is powered by pellets, and can reach a temperature up to 932 degrees Fahrenheit. However, this version also comes with a complimentary pizza steel and cooking stone.

The Uuni 3 sits on a tripod of 3 legs for stability on uneven surfaces, and cooks a pizza in 60 seconds, after only needing to heat up in about 10 minutes. So if I’m doing the math correctly, that’s zero to wood-fired pizza in 11 minutes
