One of the most tedious tasks of making pulled pork (or any other pulled meat dish, for that matter), is the process of shredding the meat. The meat is piping hot, and hard to get a hold of thanks to the melted fat. This can take quite a while.

There are plenty of meat shredders on the market, but a new product has just entered the ring that looks very promising: the OXO Good Grips Meat Shredding Claws. These claws are made of very hard plastic, and they'll shred anything that you put in front of it: pork, turkey, brisket, roasts, whatever.

Because the meat is extremely hot when it's just finished cooking, these claws can withstand up to 450 degrees, and are uniquely shaped for lifting and turning meat as well.
