Sony has an interesting product on their hands: a glass, all-directional bluetooth speaker. The speaker includes a 2" woofer, a glass tube tweeter for highs, and if you buy two you can pair them to play in stereo.

The speaker also has an awesome look to it, with a soft-glowing filament that resembles a candle when played. This is not the kind of item that you would take camping though, or use in a children's nursery. This smooth speaker is for ambience.
