Here's a great little EDC tool. The problem with pocket knives and multi-tools is that when you need a screwdriver, it's usually an afterthought. You have to position the tool in a goofy way, and the actual act of turning the tool is pretty cumbersome.

The Gerber Center-Drive Multi-tool aims to fix that off-kilter foolishness. When you extend the screw driver, it moves the axis of the rotation over the center of the tool. Translation: it works and feels like an actual screwdriver.

The tool also features magnetic bits so they're easier to slide in and out, and a one-thumb opening action for the screwdriver, blades and pliers.
