When a whisky distillery makes it 200 years, it's a special thing. The world-renown scotch distillery Lagavulin is making a 25-year single malt that celebrates the two-century mark.
The batch is limited to 8,000 bottles, and is rich, complex, peaty but balanced with with ripe fruits and mintiness. The finish is smooth and dry. (At least that's what the company says.)
