You mean the version of the budget proposed by Rep. Mulvaney, R-S.C. that only had Obama's numbers, but no policies. It was probably voted down because every Rep. wants to make sure their earmarks aren't touched.

Come on, so now Republican senators are responsible for Obama's budget failure (and the lack of votes on his own party's behalf)?
