Pin it! this is a fantastic screenshot app. i started using it maybe 2 years ago. at some point it stopped working and they were having issues. not so now. works beautifully. highly recommended.

yeah, skitch is excellent. i use it mostly for video screencaps. tiny grab is just super slick and quick when you want a simple screenshot quickly that you want hosted online. you can take a screenshot and have it auto-uploaded with the url auto-copied to the clipboard in 5 seconds or so
actually, my favorite is snagit, but at 50 bucks it's over priced.
