As a lifelong prog rock fan, I found this to be one of the most insightful and in-depth articles on the genre. I think the world needs a prog rock revival of sorts. The record industry has dumbed down music to a formula that is repeated over and over across almost all genres. We need that breath of fresh air to come blowing back through.
