I like this. I'd like to pass along a book that may be appreciated by anyone else who likes this because it is done in a similar style and includes analysis of what your body is doing during the movement. It would be excellent for the average joe gym-goer or those wishing to increase their understanding of musclature as it relates to various exercises. Delavier's Strength Training Anatomy: http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=strength+training+anatomy&tag=hydusmmsn-20&index=aps&hvadid=3481379709&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=m&ref=pd_sl_6208fh7zux_e">http://www.amazon.com/s/?ie=UTF8&keywords=strength+training+anatomy&tag=hydusmmsn-20&index=aps&hvadid=3481379709&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=m&ref=pd_sl_6208fh7zux_e(There is a Strength Training Anatomy "Workout" version and that is more info dense, but I prefer the quick reference layout of the non-Workout versions.) And this is his volume for stretching. http://www.humankinetics.com/products/all-products/Delaviers-Stretching-Anatomy">http://www.humankinetics.com/products/all-products/Delaviers-Stretching-AnatomyI like the Stength Training Anatomy enough that I have given out 6-7 in the past four years as various Christmas/birthday gifts to friends with gym/lifting/training interests.
