Arkansas has the Little Rock skyline listed as a beautiful place? Of all the natural beauty we have in this state, especially the Buffalo National River, and they list one of the most crime-ridden cities in America. Whoever put that article together didn't even try.
It did say (as seen from the Clinton Library and Massage Parlor), or something like that. Perhaps it just needed a suitable context. I also found myself questioning the authors judgement a few times as well...not always for the location but mostly for the explanations.
