Just a bit of constructive criticism here. This is common sense stuff for most. There is nothing insightful that is not mentioned in other home buying sites.
There are also a couple of factual errors in here. I'd not rely on the advice offered. Go find a Realtor you like and get a lender referral. If you don't LOVE the Loan Officer then go elsewhere.
