No he wasn't!! He was not near the yellow line. His aid nearly got clipped though.

Or a boot to the head. I saw a video the other day of some prat standing too close to the tracks as a train rolled by and the engineer stuck is leg out and kicked the kid in the head.
That woulda' been cool. :)
