Saw this in China on the way to the Great Wall from Beijing. Very surreal. Oh, and that's not an overcast day- that's what the everyday air pollution looks like around most Chinese cities. Any time anyone advocates doing away with the Environmental Protection Agency, remember that there are plenty of folks in Industry who would love to increase their profit margins by turning the air your children will breath into this.
