Excellent find. My thoughts:
From the very beginning moderation has been used on this site heavily. We have to: this isn't Reddit, we have some very unique and narrowly-focused content that we're striving for. Sometimes people don't understand.
It's a tough thing, but very needed.

I agree. I'm wondering still exactly what niche that this site will provide. My hopes are that we all keep it classy.
