Looks like reloading equipment but can't say for sure. Also appears to be some fishing line spools on the back right. If there is a TV and a bar, this room has it all.
I sent this picture to my wife and the Finance Committee has announced not only that this is not in the budget but that her kitchen will never look like that. The fallback plan is that the storm room becomes a walk-in gun safe.

The most efficient use of kitchen cabinetry I've ever seen. Is that reloading stuff down at the end? Will the Finance Committee approve this?
