As far as I can tell, Amendments 3 and 7 of the Bill of Rights are still in tact. They seem to have survived 4 and 1/2 years of the present administration.

I just commented elsewhere that B-HO is in flagrant disregard of 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10. I was pretty damn close and those were just off the top of my head!

You know nothing about the amendments if you really think that the 4th and 5th are still intact. The 1st/2nd are long gone and the 6th and 10th are on life support.
