The 1887 "T-Model" shotgun is a replication of the shotgun that has been immortalized in Sci-Fi thrillers and Video games. The "T-Model" is based on the Chiappa 1887 Lever-Action Shotgun that is well known for speed and reliability in Cowboy Action competition, and a traditional favorite in the field, only now it is ready for a new era. The T-Model features all of the characteristics of the standard 1887 shotgun, except with an 18.5" barrel, matte black finish, and wood forearms and pistol grip that has a durable "Soft Touch" black rubber coating. Qualified as a standard shotgun not applicable to AOW laws. Wrap you hands around the "T-Model" today for a fistful of fun and firepower! Distributed exclusively by Taylor's Tactical.

Sadly, this thing gets awful reviews. It will barely cycle in some YouTube evaluation videos. Better to get a reliable Mossberg 500 with a pistol grip or similar.

Yea, I've read plenty of negative about it and would never buy it over a Mossberg, it is just a nice looking shotgun.

Sure is. I think I minted it myself last year. Wish it worked better!

It may only require a little work to make this usable. A guy in my Cowboy Action Shooting club was incredibly fast with an '87, which also had to be a Chinese product. Not sure what he did to his to make it work so well. I know I'd recommend getting one with a full stock, he would jam the stock in his armpit for reloads. Sounds funny but, like I said, incredibly fast and reliable.
